Gore District Council

"The Gore District Council is one of three local authorities in Southland, the southern most province of New Zealand.

[They] look after the Gore District, which covers an area of 1250km². [Their] population is about 12,400. The two main towns in the district are Gore and Mataura, with smaller settlements at Pukerau, Waikaka and Mandeville." (About Us)
