Giuseppe Romeo was born in Melbourne, Australia, and graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1981.
His work uses found images and text in reproduction (eg. lithography) and assemblage to critique socio-cultural norms such as of religion and consumerism.
He has exhibited extensively through Australasia and in Europe.
