Doug Angus

Doug Angus was an architect based in Hamilton, and brother of the painter Rita Angus.

He worked with the Catholic Church on the St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Morrinsville, which was demolished in 2014, and is likely to have worked with them on other projects.

His building for the former Angus, Flood and Griffiths Architectural Offices in Hamilton was awarded an Enduring Architecture award by Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects in their 2010 Waikato/Bay of Plenty Architecture Awards.
