Description

“This horizontal plane work consists of concentric interlocking “ripples” made of tapered aluminium tubes. These support a number of ultralight feathers constructed from carbon fibre and translucent coloured vanes. The feathers are designed to move slowly in subtle air currents."

“The work describes the site before humans were present. It represents our natural beginnings when birds, feathers and bush were abundant. Flexible moving materials have been selected to communicate the idea that change, and flexibility is part of the justice system.”
