Description
Inscribed "For Mary De Beer".
The series was selected by Charles Brasch from a set of submissions and the final piece itself was commissioned for the library with reference to the Hocken Library and Mary de Boer/Beer, an advocate for art in the library. The current location is not the original placing of the work.
