"Tomui Kaloni specialises in the Tongan Fale and Architecture, holding the very first Patent in the Kingdom of Tonga that was granted from the regional IPO in Canberra. He submitted an entry for the 'Tongan Fale' on the Encyclopedia of Vernacular Architecture of the World EVAW – Edited by Paul Oliver in 1996 and has a passion for the Fale wellbeing model and spiritual architecture."
Kaloni's PhD, 'Tonga : architecture and rationale,' was conferred by the University of New South Wales in 1990.
