Aleko Kyriakos

b. 1922

Aleko Kyriakos was born in Berlin, Germany. He trained at the School of Fine Arts, Polytechnium, Athens (Greece) before moving to live in the United States. There he undertook significant commissions for Swarthmore College; Franklin and Marshall College (three works); Albright College; and St John's Church, Allentown. His bronzes can be found in the collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Fine Art, Allentown Art Museum, Wellesley College, Kutztown State College, St Frances de Sales, and Lafayette College.
